RyanAir, ready for touchdown. Mathew Ryan is back at Jan Breydel. From 2013 to 2015, the Australian manned the posts at Club in style. After his stint at Club, he went on to join Valencia, Arsenal and AS Roma, only to end up at French RC Lens in Ligue 1.
In 102 games at Blue & Black, Ryan claimed 37 clean sheets. He won the Goalie of the Year award at Club, and was nicknamedRyanAir because of his presence inside the box.
