Charity Night yields new record amount: €503,958

As usual every year, some 800 Club Business Members gathered in the presence of players and former players at the BMCC for the Charity Night. At the occasion of this fifth edition, a record amount of no less than €503,958 was raised for Club Brugge's Foundation. Among other things, the Club Foundation is dedicated to social projects in the field of sports, inclusion, health, sustainability and education.

Presenter Dorien Leyers and Chairman Bart Verhaeghe kicked off the evening with music was provided by Admiral Freebee. At each table, sold for the benefit of the the Club Brugge Foundation, a first team player,a former player or one of the coaches of Blauw-Zwart was present.

Many unique items went under the hammer of auctioneer Leo Van der Elst. The two-part painting 'From Bruges to Europe', on which both fans and players could indulge themselves in the run-up to the match against Arsenal, will get a new owner for €15,000.

Furthermore, a pitch side experience during an Inter Milan match and a 2-day during the summer training of the first team went under the hammer for €20,000 and €12,500 respectively. The prediction of the number of goals scored during the winter training camp in Marbella yielded some €4,330. The winner of the prono will go home with a framed shirt signed by the entire player selection.

After last year's €455,280, the record was broken again. Thus, the 2026 edition will raise a whopping €503,958! An amazing sum to the benefit of Club Brugge Foundation! Thanks to all partners present!
