Spileers came through all the youth ranks at Club Brugge and is now entering his twelfth season with the Blue and Black. On October 1, 2022, he made his official debut for the first team in the match against KV Mechelen, which ended in a convincing 3–0 victory.
Jorne was also a regular fixture for Club NXT during various UEFA Youth League campaigns, playing in eleven matches and spending over 440 minutes on the pitch. Another milestone followed on October 8, 2023: in the qualification round of the UEFA Europa Conference League, he scored his first professional goal. At the Jan Breydel Stadium, he opened the scoring in the 10th minute against KA Akureyri, making it 1–0.
Since then, the central defender has delivered a number of strong performances. He has added the Croky Cup, the Belgian Supercup, and a league title in the Jupiler Pro League to his honours. In total, he has already played 69 matches for Club Brugge's first team.
Now, the youth international has extended his contract with the Blue and Black until 2028.
