The right-footed central defender made his debut for Club NXT U23 against RWDM in the Challenger Pro League on 26 February 2021. At the beginning of the 2022-2023 season, his impressive performances earned him a call-up for the first team. He had the opportunity to train with the first team during summer, and in July 2022, he signed his first professional contract. At the start of the season 2023-2024, Jorne signed a new contract until 2026.
On November 1, 2022, Spileers made his official debut for the first team. He started in the 3-0 victory against KV Mechelen. With Rik De Mil as a head coach, the defender quickly established himself as a key player at a young age. In 5 out of the 6 matches where Spileers started in the lineup, Club Brugge was able to keep a clean sheet.
