Ferran Jutglà was born in the Spanish municipality of Sant Julià de Vilatorta. He began his career at the local football club before making a move to Vic Riuprimer. It was there that he caught the attention of RCD Espanyol, who brought him into their youth academy in 2012. After loan spells, including one at Valencia FC, he became the captain of Espanyol's B team in 2019-2020.
In June 2021, he made the switch to FC Barcelona. Initially, he played for their B team, but in December of that year, he made his first appearance in the senior team under coach Xavi Hernandez. He earned his first minutes on the field in a match against CA Osasuna. Jutglà scored his first goal during the Maradona Cup against Boca Juniors.
In the past season, the forward scored 19 goals in 32 matches in the Primera Division R.F.E.F. He also made a positive impression in La Liga, scoring his first goal on 18 December 2021.
Starting from the 2022-2023 season, he traded the Spanish sun for the Belgian league and signed a four-year contract at Club Brugge.
